what are archicad's selling point?

every version of archicad has new features, some are amazing, some aren't special.

for me,
virtural trace, 3d document, auto-generated drawings (plan, elevation, section, 3d) are very nice

how about you? which are your famous feature?

Supported by such things as:
- Selection methods including Find & Select, accumulate, de-accumulate, etc.
- Marquee tool (including the underused 3D marquee)
- Advanced snaps, locks, constraints, guidelines and numeric input
- Flexible & sophisticated sharing/collaboration methods
- Model -> View -> Document -> Publish
