when select show all in 3d there is no 3d ??!!!!

Hello there i facing problem that when i select show all in 3d and then zoom extent nothing shown at all but when i select marquee and select show selection marquee in 3d and then zoom extent it shows but the problem here sometimes i need the option of show all in 3d this also cause for me a problems when exporting to artlantis
so how i can show all in 3d without problems and showing the whole modelling

Perhaps there is some odd bit way off in the distance from your model so that when you zoom all the model is vanishingly small.

i deleted all objects i made around my model i made my model clean so when i make zoom extent there is no other odd elements in all stories in 2d and the problem of show all in 3d is still as it is the same problem

it seems there is a solution, i have to make my building near to user origin and not far from it thanks i should share the solution too to make others avoid the same mistake.
