why i can not change the dimension of mullion curtain wall

Hello i have question i face problem that i can not change the dimension of b,h in the mullion of curtain wall while i can change the a the same problem in boundary and transom as shown in the image what is the explanation of this problem i want to change it to 0.05 how? Please help
