If you are referring to the
Special Snap Points, show the Control Box palette, there is a pop up selection for disabling them. If you are referring to something else, post a screen shot to explain.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
