I have good news: the redirect service is restored and all links in our products and on our websites are working again as expected.

Graphisoft are aware of the problem.
I have no idea when it might be fixed.
Still not working as of this post.

Hello !
It seems I’ve been experiencing the same issue for at least the past 12 hours. When I select “Release License,” my browser displays the following error:
“This redirect.graphisoft.com page can’t be found. No webpage was found for the web address: ...HTTP ERROR 404”
Until the issue with the redirect page (HTTP ERROR 404) is resolved, is there any alternative way I can use the application? Unfortunately, it is urgent and I need immediate access.

If you have cloud license you should be able to do it on the license page: https://licensemanagement.graphisoft.com/cloud-licenses
