I was wondering if it would be possible to select certain element in archicad (for example 'wall') and than extract its parameters inside grasshopper?

It depends on what kind of data you need. You can always export it to excel or XML and open it with grass. Of course, you need to maintain correct data logic.

I was looking for something like this in dynamo:
dynamobim.org/forums/topic/get-family-parameters-all-of-them/
I believe this would expand the functionality of plugin and open a set of new possibilities
