Grasshopper -> Archicad

Hi!
I am looking for a way to draw for example apartments with rules defined in Grasshopper.

I´ll try to explain:

1. Set up rules for example three persons. (give me square meter, size of bedrooms, how many, storage, kitchen size, minimum windows regarding to daylight etc...more rules)
2. Import that data into Grasshopper.
3. Export Grasshopper to Archicad.
4. Tweak the result to fit into the building.

Possible to use Grasshopper dynamically to automate this?
