AC23 - Element ID Manager Not Working Properly

Element ID Manger doesn't appear to be working correctly in 23. Select items (doors) in order, set up the desired format, select "Change ID's", door ID's are changed correctly. BUT NOT IN THE ORDER I PICKED THEM. Works great in 22 but in 23, the order assignment is random. Is this working for anyone else?

Make sure you don't have 'Element ID' in the criteria.
I haven't checked in 23 but I believe it is the same as previous versions.

That was the problem. Thanks for your help. Seems somewhat non intuitive that I wouldn't choose element ID when that is what I want to change. Anyway, another peculiarity of Archicad solved.

I have tried Barry solution but i still get a random order or the order in which object was placed and not the order i selected!! Any update on this?
