After BIMcloud update cannot open BIMcloud Manager

I just installed the BIMcloud update 2019.1-23.0.44.711-1.6., everything went smoothly, but when I go to Open BIMcloud Manager, the browser launches at 127.0.0.1:21000 but the page remains white with no login window...

What do I do?

Can ARCHICAD clients connect to the Manager?

Yes, they can.
Anyway problem solved, it was a matter of OS update
