Built-in Modules / Block in AutoCAD / Component in SKP

Hi everyone,
I'm newbie in ArchiCAD, switching from AutoCAD.
I have a wondering. It's about creating modules within a drawing.

I'm building up a typical floor of an apartment that have 4 similar types of units. I wanna to model just 01 type of unit, make it as a module in the same drawings(or component like the one in Sketchup) and duplicate into others.

I know that in AC, we can create module hotlink but this case I look at modules within the same drawings so that it's easier to coordinate and modify.
Is there the way like this ?

Please help.
Appreciate your input.

Many thanks

What you want is in place editing of a module. That is not possible, but you can parallely open another ArchiCAD and edit the module(s) there.
