How to unlink a project which is embedded in another?

Hello, 

See screenshot - I'm having trouble unlinking this project [Coul Hotel, which is a large file] from the one I'm working on [Achinchanter]. 

I'm trying to speed up the file I'm working on so want to clear anything I can to aid this.
