'Layer Search' function

Anonymous
Not applicable
I'm looking for a 'Layer Search' function.

Such as, the ability to toggle the program to only manipulate the active layer i'm working on. It works as though all other layers are locked except the current layer i'm working with.

Is there a function like this in the program?

I think the closest thing is the QuickLayer command "Lock Others".

You select an element, then click "Lock Others", and it locks everything except the layer (or layers) that what you have selected is on.

It's not "Working Layer", but since Archicad tends to have a different current layer for each element type, that might be a bit tricky to work with anyway.

I actually added the "Quick Layer" group to my Toolbar so I had easier access to them. (along with Display Order"
