Library Manager - Hotlink Folders cannot Delete (ACAD 17)

I'm going to go off my rocker! I have these hotlink folders in my library and I can't get rid of them. Hotlink is grayed-out so you cant delete them, how do I fix this?

Is it a teamwork project?
Otherwise break link in link manager solved my hotlink problems.
