Can a line thickness be thinner than 10 mm?

Hi @Zheleva,
The thickness of a line is defined in the pen set. So you assign a thickness to a particular pen, and a pen is assigned to a line, or element outline.
So thickness can be smaller than 10mm for sure, but be aware that if you are printing, what is a thinnest pen thickness you can set for lines to be visible.
If you need to see real thicknesses of lines on the screen, make sure to turn on this setting:
