Pen set

At what point are pen sets automatically generated. It seems that when I go into the element attributes-pens set it gets continually populated by new pens sets. I delete the ones except the ones I have made/want to use but the old ones and new ones keep coming back. Is there anyway to control this?

I suspect it's when you copy/paste from another PLN, but I'm not completely sure of it.

This is a bug. I've had this happen on jobs where no cutting/pasting/merging has taken place. Files just seem to inherit Pen Sets (and Custom Profiles) of other available files.
