Hello Everyone,
My firm is increasingly adopting automated scheduling practices. In this context, I am seeking guidance on calculating the area of an envelope to ensure compliance with IECC standards. While I have identified methods for determining the exterior wall and window areas, I am encountering difficulties in integrating these calculations into a comprehensive calculation.
Currently, we manually measure areas and calculate the subtraction of windows from walls using elevations. This process is time-consuming and would be greatly simplified if automated. Any assistance or recommendations in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Can you share screenshots of a facade, and how you want your tables to look like ?

This is one of the more intricate models that we employ as a prototype. The potential disadvantage lies in the utilization of multiple complex profiles for the distinct segments of the walls. Presently, I manually copy all of these elevations into a worksheet and subsequently utilize the fills to compute the respective areas. While I am uncertain whether there exists a more efficient method, the current approach is indeed time-consuming.
