Section like lock as image attached

How overcome this section like lock, but in layer not lock (cannot edit/delete)????

If the layer is not lock then maybe just the section line itself is locked.
Select it and go to EDIT menu > LOCKING > UNLOCK.
Or use the unlock icon in the tool bars if you have one set up.

The layer is unlocked... but is the section?
Turn on the "Element Information Pop-up" (Info Tags) and
hold the cursor over the section.

It will tell you if it is locked.
