I had issues with this in V12 but it is much, much worse in V13. If I have the 'active layer' toolbar active and 'one active layer' selected then open the profile manager, select a profile and click 'edit chosen profile' the whole program locks up for about 5 minutes while it is trying to open the profile editor - which it eventually does. If the active layer is set to 'individually set layers' then the profile editor opens straight up no problems.
What is going on here and can it be fixed in the next hotfix. I asume this problem is not unique to me as it happened on V12 on my old system/install and now V13 on my new system and install.
