The problem about archicad export ifc file and upload to abb knx planner

Dear Community Members,

Recently, I started combining Archicad with the KNX system as part of my latest research.

Most of my KNX devices are from ABB. After completing my drawing and design in Archicad, I exported the file to IFC 2x3 format and uploaded it to the ABB Building Planner website. However, a message box always pops up saying, "The following floors don't have room coordinate points: Ground Floor - Zone."

The issue is that I have already set and checked the coordinate points in the Archicad environment, but the website still displays this error message (please refer to the attached image). Can someone help me resolve this issue?
