Unable to remove hotlink library - But there are no hotlinks

I'm trying to remove a hotlink library but i'ts greyed out. The thing is that I have no longer any hotlinks in my project. The hotlink library interferes with my project library so I have to remove it. I know there are previous posts about this but no solution working for me so far.

Just a guess, but I seem to recall that there was such an issue and it was later fixed in a hotfix.
So as the first step, make sure that you have the latest hotfix installed for your version.

This is happening in AC18 as well. we're using the current (last) build.
