I have located the correct directory for autosaves, but I have no idea how to recover data from an autosave. I wanted to go back after I had deleted a layer and some parts that I had not moved. When I closed and did not save my work, the .bpn file did not have any of the work I had done during the current session. When I tried to locate and open an autosave file it was not anywhere close to the drawing I had been working on.
Is there a way to use or recover autosave data?
