Wall priority/Intersection

Hello everyone,

Any idea why the layer of interior finish is having intersection issues? The wall priority for the thinner wall is 2-4-2 and for the thicker 2-4-8-14. The reference line for the thinner wall is along the bottom and the thick wall on the exterior concrete. Seems setup correctly but there is the thick purple line intersecting the finish

Some more information:

Both walls are on the same layer.
Both have "enable skin priorities" checked
Both have "apply structures settings" checked for everything

Are the interior finish skins of both walls:
1. The same material?
2. the same layer intersection number ?
