Climatic Site Analysis Diagram

Hi I was hoping someone could tell me where this diagram came from?
It was given to us for a site analysis assignment as part of the course I'm studying, and unfortunately none of my teachers can tell me how they created this diagram apart from drawing it manually.

So if you do know where it came from tell me please, or if you know of any other programs or sites that can generate a similar diagram I would be very grateful because I have to create another one for another climate and I would rather not draw it manually.
