Energy Evaluation Review simulation issues (Baseline Building generation method, Uncovered Area)

Hi there!

I would be grateful if you could help me understand what the message suggesting me to select Baseline Building generation method means when I run Energy Evaluation Review and what to do with it.

Also, I cannot get rid of Uncovered Area of the cylindrical underground part of the building in BEM even though the zone was created automatically. Maybe somebody knows what the problem might be?
