AC24 - Communication failure between BIMcloud Manager and the BIMcloud Server

We have just tried updating the AC24 Teamwork. We were working smoothly in AC23 Teamwork. We have bought a new machine to run the bim server. After installing and trying to share a file. I get an error that says " Communication failure has occurred between the BIMcloud Manager and the BIMcloud Server." Help we want to continue working in Teamwork.

We are trying to use the BIM server and not the BIM cloud.

May I ask you to collect me a BIMcloud Support Package from the affected computer?
