BIM server ports AC13 [3259]

hi everyone !

for some reason, one day to another, my BIM server simply don't start.
when i try to re-install, it shows me that 5988 and 9991 ports are in use !

i tried others ports, but no success ...!

any help would be good !

after uninstall, delete everything about BIM server prefs and a new installation it works fine !
