BIMCloud basic script backup restore

I'm trying to make sure that we're prepared in case our BIMcloud basic server has issues. We have been using the scripts to backup the server and I have followed the directions for the restore but I think I'm missing something.

 

What I am doing on a new Windows 10 PC:

I have named it the same and given it the same IP

I have the installer from the old server in the backup so that I am using the same version

I install a new Manager and Server. These have todays date

I stop all the Graphicsoft services

Copy Config, Data to the Manager folder and Attachments, Config, Mailboxes, Projects, and Sessions to the Server folder

Restart the services

When I log into the manager, I don't see any Projects

 

I noticed that there are now Server and Manager folders in my BIMcloud directory with the date of my backup instance. I'm guessing that when I install my new instances, I need to use the old date but, I don't know how to do that.
