BIMSERVER 21 - Activities Panel

Hi All,
i was checking the Activities Panel in a project and i see 2 activities from an user: "lock / unlock".
Can somebody explain me what does it mean? i mean as it did.
The user who did it is a restricted one.

I don't see more information in Help Center (image attached)

Hi,
In the activities, these entries display when the affected user reserves something which has the green/red lamp on it (e.g. all kind of attribute dialogs). For example, if you reserve the layer dialog, then you will see the lock entry in the list. So, this kind of lock is NOT a project lock, it is related to the affected attribute.
