Bimcloud 21 backup tool, IO Exception : status code = 720005

Suddenly I have started getting errors when I use TeamworkServerBackupTool on Bim Server 21. Could anybody help with this?

Hi,

It is likely that you try to run the tool from a normal Command Prompt window rather than from an elevated (Run as an Administrator). This means that the tool doesn't have all necessary permissions to read and write in your folder.

I would suggest to run it again from an elevated window (right click on Command Prompt and choose the option 'Run as an Administrator')- hopefully it fixes everything. If not, please let me know.
