Hi.
Can someone tell me, what went worng, that the bimcloud page of our firm can't be accessed now for +3 hours? All we get is:

We identified that a limited number of tenants experienced an outage, resulting in BIMcloud being inaccessible both from web browsers and from Archicad.
Our development has already identified the root cause and is actively working on the fix. As a result, the affected tenants are being restored and most of them are already available again.
