Clarification on BIMcloud Access for Archicad Versions 26 and prior

Namaste,

We have updated our licenses to Archicad Collaborate and successfully created our BIMcloud domain. So far, we can access projects using Archicad 27 and 28. However, when attempting to log in from versions 26 or earlier, we encountered issues.

Could you please confirm if the collaboration licenses only support BIMcloud access from Archicad 27 and later?

Ok, changing the authentication method under Bimcloud manager to Legacy, solved the issue.  Thank you.
