TW after computer crash is stuck

After a computer crash AC16 TW didn't promt for an autosave file...

When trying to open the TW project, it says that it cannot open because it is used by another process

When trying to delete the project data folder from Local Data Manager, I get the same message:




If I try to manually delete the folder from finder I get this message:



Tried restarting the computer several times, but still nothing
What to do????
