Unable to open Teamwork project with 2 different users

I am trying to work on a teamwork project with a colleague and only one of us is able to use Archicad 27. When one person tries to open the project we receive the following error message attached below.
When I click "Edit Anyway", the other user is prompted the same error message. The error message will keep coming up every time the other user tries to open the teamwork project.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any solutions to this would be really appreciated.

The message tells you exactly what you are doing wrong: you both use the same user\login.

All teamwork users need to be using a unique teamwork user login.
Since AC13 | Current versions AC23.7000 & AC26.5002 | BIMCloud Basic | Python, GDL, VBA, PHP, SQL, CSS

I thought using a different Archicad license user was the reason and overlooked the Teamwork user .... my mistake. Thanks this worked.
