We have to delete the TW folder every single time!

Every time we want to open a teamwork project, AC crashes and we have to delete the TW data folder every single time, for all team members on all client machines...

Is this normal??? (don't think so...)
Mac OS 26.1 | AC 29.0.2 INT 3200 FULL
