I've been trying to use the AI Visualiser over the past few months, but 9 times out of 10, it fails and returns the following notification.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas on the cause or a possible solution?

Currently, it is necessary to ensure access to the domains visualizer.ai.nemetschek.cloud and n1c-temp-storage-prod.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com for the add-on to function properly and without interruptions. Could you check if these domains are on the allowlist?
Additionally, if the "Upscale Image" option is enabled, it is important to make sure your Archicad is up to date, as a known issue was fixed in the first Hotfix of Archicad 28.

I have the same issue. My browser is not allowing me access to these. How do I activate? Also, when i try to access the Nemetschek it asks for a password and username, my graphisoft one does not work....

The only login required with your Graphisoft ID is in Archicad.You should check your antivirus and firewall settings and add the mentioned addresses to the exceptions list. If you have any difficulties with this process, contact the local technical support team, and they will be able to help you.

I tried it too but it doesn't work...
I have an educational license but I can't find anything in the antivirus and firewall. Could you be more clear in the steps?
