Archicad-Artlantis glass issues

I've got a couple of glass and reflection issues in an Archicad 12 model rendered in Artlantis Render 2.03. The attached shows the project, to the left the building rendered with the Heliodon sky and glass reflections I'm fairly content with, and to the right the same rendered with a background picture and then Photoshopped some.

(Rant alert:
the project is a proposed application for planning permit - up here, the process is extremely convoluted, we in effect have to design the building up to building permit application standard before we even know that we'll get a go for the planning permit - and then it's a couple of years more...)
