Artlantis activation error

I'm going to post this in both forums. I use Artlantis Studio 3- 64 bit. I recently had to reconfigure my computer. When I re-downloaded the software it only works in evaluation mode. When I enter my student serial # the following error appears:

httpStatus OK but cannot activate licence, errorCode: 1

What can I do to get this software to work?
