Cinema 4D Exchange Textures

I hope this is the correct board to be posting on. I have been asked to do some renders for a client who has asked for some very specific furniture to be shown.

I have found these items as Cinema 4D files, in Cinema 4D the textures are all correctly mapped to the surface of the object but using the Archicad-C4D exchange addon to bring them in to ArchiCAD they lose all of their textures. If I bak the object in C4D the ArchiCAD objects import with the baked texture but not even slightly in the correct position.

Does anyone have any advice on how best to maintain the textures and their positions from a C4D file to an ArchiCAD file?
