Error -7003 ()

Good afternoon all.

We are trying to render a VR object, before it even begins rendering, straight after we have given the mov a file name and picked a save location we get the following;

Cant generate movie
error code -7003 ()


Naturally, this doesn't explain alot to someone who isn't fluent in the meaning of error codes? Any help would be warmly welcomed.

Nor can anyone help much without knowing what machine/OS you are using, what version of ArchiCAD, and what steps you used to set up your VR...not that I've ever seen this message.
