I want to know how can I get plan render?
can I save my layout with high quality with JPEG format?

Do you want to render, or just save the layout as JPG?

If saving as JPG, just publish to JPG. The quality will not be great. PDF is always much better.

If rendering, set your 3D view to plan, make sure to show only the storey that you want to render (thin marquee or Show elements in 3D), set the rendering parameters, save the view, publish to JPG. For the section, set the cutplane, set the 3D view to parallel, the rest as for the plan.
