How to make tilt wall with Profle?

Hi Everyone..
I have to make a tilted/sloppy wall over than 90 degrees from the land.
and this wall should have a profile of metal corrugated sheeting that called "Lysaght longline" on both surfaces..

does anyone know how to do this wall right? which mean really made by integrated wall element..?
