No. A photo rendering is just an image. You can save the MODEL as DXF.

And a 3D hidden line view made with the OpenGL or internal engine - the likely and feasible candidate for a view saved to DXF - would be simply to "Save As"

You can take a full color image, import it into Adobe Illustrator, turn it into vector art, and export as DXF or DWG. The results are very impressive, especially if the number of bit planes are like 16 to begin with.
