First of all, congratullations on an overall good looking render!
Things that I noticed :
-Floor need higher resolution maps,bump map for the gaps and a bit of reflection. Also the tilling is quite strong.
-Keep in mind that every surface is at least a bit reflective so try to use spec maps and fresnel reflections.
-The bed geometry passes throught the bed covering, also the bed covering needs more polygons in order to have a more realistic simulation of the cloth (this applies only if you used a 3rd party application to simulate the cloth)
-The overall lighting is too perfect, try messing around with it in some post production software (like photoshop),maybe even add a subtle glare/lens flare
to some of the downlighting facing the camera.
Unfortunately I cannot get in more detailed explanation as I am a 3DS user, but I hope the terms apply for all packages 😉
