I'm trying to create the crispest sketch using version 10. Ideally I'd like to achieve the distinctness of a pen drawing while keeping some of the line distortion and overstretch and no combination of line thickness, distortion, or paper roughness produces what I seek.
I've tried to use the default options, but none utilize the Pen&Ink selection.

MacBook Pro, Leopard 10.5.6, 2.5GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB, ArchiCAD v10.

Try starting with the Kor i Noor preset. Then move the overstretch up a little.

I use the sketch render engine quite a bit (mostly because I haven't had time to learn proper rendering yet.) I start with the Koh-I-Noor setting and change it as follows:

Paper roughness: 35 - 45%

Line thickness: 25%
Overstretch: 5% (sometimes I dial it down a little bit)
Distortion: 0%

Hatch line thickness: 10%
Overstretch: 0%

Shadow line thickness: 5%
Distortion/overstretch: 0%
Darkness: 40 - 50%
