Photorendering too dark

I am trying to photo render my project but for some reason now the building is too dark I tried changing the parameters the same as another file but it still is too dark?

Try using one of the standard scenes.
I particular something outdoors, daylight and fast.
This will give you a quick render to see if it works - you can always increase the quality from there.

What reads just under the "Anchorage"?
I can see you are using the sun from real time and location, not the "use ArchiCAD sun" option. You might want to check again the time of year and the time of day. Maybe it is just right, a beatiful late/early sunup/sundown moment or something like that. Make that june or july and use some appropriate time for some good light for your particular elevation.

Thank you everyone, I realised that my sun altitude in the 3D settings was not high enough!!!
