Probs with Maxwell Render

i am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. every time i try to export to maxwell render demo my system crashes the program. I even had problem installing the demo. I think i need to do a clean sweep of my system and do a fresh install of my softwares. I would like to hear from anyone who uses the program to hit me up and give me some help with this.
When i got my files exported just a min ago............it came into archicad grouped as a whole object. Is the kinda weird to you guys? Once again...........some help would be cool.
