Quicktime movie made by?

I am trying to do some movies in quicktime and I can't figure out how to change who it was made by under the movie info tab in quicktime. I basically don't want my firms name to be on the video clips. How would I edit this?

I assume this is one of those features that only works on Quicktime Pro.
