Render mesh Enclosure at Arlantis

Anonymous

Hi all ,
I wish to render mesh Enclosure (beside Gable covered roof) at Arlantis, but it's seems like a solid wall with mesh patterns on it!! >_<.....it's render all right at "lightworks" when Alpha Channel of the mesh (PNG file) is on.

In Artlantis, the mesh Alpha Channel is on too~~ Just have no idea why the mesh wall still won't see through.

Have I missing something??

Please help!!!

Thanks

Select the image background color as the mask - not the alpha channel, and see what happens.

Hi Dwight,
Thank you for your reply,
where can I at Artlantis to change the image background colour as the mask??

The arrow shows the box, to the right of the box is the color to mask [make invisible]

Alt-click the background to select the masked color.

Hi Dwight,

Thanks for your reply, I've just did that~ and doesn't seems to works, at first, I thought you are saying to adjust the background of the image (mesh) as mask at photoshop.

here's the example of mesh enclousure render when color to mask is on.

hi Dwight,

Yes~!!! Finally,
I think I've discovered a way to sort out the "mesh Enclousure" now~!!!

steps by steps of mesh enclosure rendering (read with pic attached)
1. export the project from Archicad 3D view, save as >> Artlantis formate
2. open Artlantis, you will see my "mesh enclosure" has changed from PNG (in archicad) to Jpeg file (in Artlantis), don't really know why, dont' ask me..hehehe...
