Renderings at night time!

Can anyone give me some good advices for making renderings outside/inside of an house at night time.!

At daytime you use sky, sun and window lighting objects in lightworks. What do you use at night time and what adjustments do you make.?

It was done with Vue d'esprit.
The client wanted palm trees (this was a big thing for him), so I had to use a program that gave me realistic looking trees.
As a bonus, I got great looking sky, cause this software lets you virtually build your sky.
