One more question:
Your architecture looks quite european style....like paris boulevard...
Is there any some reason for this?

thx,..yes archicad is popular here ... about the architecture style..is derived from many style..i know it's a bad thing..but i forced to that coz many of building surrounded have the same style & the client like that

Very nice. I don't really like to first shaded/wireframe edge images, but the modelling is very good and the VRay lighting is good.

Not sure if VRay supports is, but 3ds max/VIZ has a camera perspective correction modifier, which forces the vertical lines to be, well, really vertical. It makes it a more architectural style rendering.
